Hi there! 👋 Welcome to the Conectere App for Slack!!

By integrating with Slack, Conectere enables employees to connect with their colleagues in meaningful ways using Conectere's portfolio of hundreds of conectivities, all without leaving their Slack workspace. Each conectivity is a micro-activity or event specifically designed to enable teams and co-workers to connect, celebrate contributions, promote diversity and trust, and boost engagement. Employees can easily participate in conectivities, connect with co-workers, and even recognize and reward others by casting Spotlights, all from the Conectere App for Slack.

The Conectere App for Slack integrates with a Slack workspace and includes a specially-designed Home Tab in Slack that shows an employee's progress rings, wallet and invitations from colleagues to connect. A Messages Tab enables an employee to receive real-time alerts and announcements, including bonus achievement messages, progress updates and ring expiration alerts.

Employee recognition Spotlights and conectivity messages are automatically synchronized between Slack and Conectere, allowing use and enjoyment of the Conectere portfolio and community from anywhere. We'll even create a dedicated private channel for each conectivity and archive it upon completion, if enabled by your admin in Conectere, making it easy and fun for your teams to connect.

Employees can even use the /cast slash command to cast a Spotlight to recognize and celebrate the achievements of your co-workers directly from Slack. Simply type /cast @user(s) followed by your appreciation message and we'll do the rest! Spotlights make peer-to-peer recognition fun and rewarding!!

Already have a Conectere account? Connecting Slack and Conectere is easy!

Simply have your team's Conectere administrator click the button to authorize Slack and Conectere to connect!

Add Slack

Once connected, in Conectere, have your administator visit our Slack integration page and select the Slack channel you would like us to use for sharing employee recognition Spotlights from Conectere. Your team can use an existing channel or make a new one in Slack.
Finally, confirm Dynamic Channel Creation is enabled in Conectere if you'd like us to create private channels for each conectivity. That's it!
