PRESS RELEASE
Conectere releases mentorship and sponsorship program management dashboard
April 25, 2023 – Conectere, a pioneer in AI-driven software for enhancing employee engagement and connectedness in today's varied work environments, announced new features designed specifically to enable Conectere's customers to centrally manage, coordinate, schedule and provide support for company-wide mentorship and sponsorship programs.
Historically, mentorship and sponsorship programs have been managed by companies in a very ad hoc, informal process where, at best, a department head or HR administrator creates a list or spreadsheet and assigns mentor/mentee or sponsor/protégé pairs. Most times, it is then left up to those individuals to schedule meetings and periodically connect.
The Conectere mentorship and sponsorship dashboard enables companies to formalize these important programs and manage them from a single "pane-of-glass" that is intuitive and easy to navigate. The real-time dashboard allows an HR administrator, team leader, department head or wellness officer to centrally coordinate pairings, schedules and program events, such as networking or training sessions. Activities and engagements can be auto scheduled and auto calendared for the participants and can be easily managed and modified by your program administrator. In this manner, the Conectere dashboard enables much more effective programs. Moreover, as this feature is integrated in our overall platform, it benefits from the portfolio of conectivities that incentivize connections between the mentor/mentee or sponsor/protégé and provide valuable training and instructional content. This dashboard provides real-time insight and analytics into participation levels across the programs, enabling stakeholders and adminstrators to identify areas where the programs are operating effectively and areas that may have need for some assistance in the form of guidance, training or reassignment.
