Conectere Partners with the ECE Department of the University of Florida to Research AI Applications for Monitoring and Predicting Employee Connectedness in the Hybrid Work Environments
Nov 10, 2022 – Conectere, a pioneer in AI-driven software for enhancing employee engagement and connectedness in today's remote/hybrid work environment, announced an independent research program with the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department of the University of Florida to develop pioneering machine learning algorithms and models for asssessing and predicting employee connectedness and engagement.
Collin Sieffert will be spearheading the research for Conectere under the guidance of Dr. Catia Silva of the UF.
